Appointed Person
This course aims to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to be an Appointed Person. It is suitable for operators of all abilities but is beneficial for operators with some slinger signaller lifting experience.
The course is delivered through a combination of classroom-based theory and practical hands-on training.
Course modules will cover the following: Lift plan production, Legislation LOLER, PUWER, HASAWA and codes of practice such as BS7121 part 1 and BS712 part 3
